Reality is a Vibration

Anything we look at or think about for long enough changes in our mind. Everything in existence vibrates at a frequency. If we sit and contemplate an object our mind’s relationship with the object will change. Everything in what we perceive to be our external reality is a reflection of an inner reality. It is only by changing our inner reality that we change what we perceive to be our external reality. We define our internal reality as ‘just our imagination’ and therefore unreal. We define external reality as real. This is to hold the effect that is the external reality to be its own cause.

Sensory Perception

Sensory, visual and auditory perception is the medium through which we obtain information. Auditory and visual perception is used to constrain our seen and heard reality within what our beliefs have pre-defined that perceived reality to be. Once our mind has been conditioned through education to define everything in our seen reality our eyes are used as the most vigilant surveillance in existence. Our mind uses our eyes to constantly and vigilantly monitor our seen reality for any stimulus that conforms to our mind’s definition and replaces this seen reality with our mind’s understanding of it.

Conflict

Judgement is what causes all non-natural psychological and bodily responses. We then blame that response for what we feel without questioning the judgement that caused it. Our anger, depression and recurring thoughts are responding to our own judgement. The hypotheses of Medical Science look to identify the cause of the symptoms collectively called ‘disease’. The symptoms are the effect of our own judgement or the judgement of others existing within our minds as universal beliefs. The effects of our judgement are the symptoms we experience.

History of the Ego

Those we love or care about we cannot protect if we are love, compassion and understanding. We don’t want those we love to be robbed, attacked, raped, tortured or murdered. If we are acceptance, understanding and forgiveness we have no choice but to stand by and let these things happen to those we love. We could not be wholly good whilst there was evil in the world because to be ‘acceptance’ means we accept without protest those who do evil. We cannot protect ourselves from others unless we can control them. So what is it that can control? The ‘ego’.

Religion

Religion is a misrepresentation of God. Religion is not of God because it seeks to define God. Religion is the wolf in sheep’s clothing. The Lamb is the innocent child. All children are God’s children. The wolf occupies the perspective of the mother to justify the lack of compassion that must exist for a mother to deny the feelings of her own child. Moral values are ‘demons’ each and every one of them. What is is! ‘Good’ and ‘bad’ are concepts each competing to define the same thing. Good and bad are demons that prejudice our perception.

The Teacher

When a teacher or guru speaks it doesn’t matter what they say or write unless it is believed. What is taught will only be accepted by those who believe. If what is taught conflicts with what a person believes to be true it may be considered interesting but not personally acceptable. Jesus is held as the archetypal prophet. If Jesus returned in a body and said to all those who would listen this is the way to freedom, love and everlasting happiness would anyone listen or believe? In a world where beliefs have usurped truth we cannot believe anything that our existing beliefs reject.

Addiction

Many are using chemicals such as alcohol and or drugs to create a ‘self’ that temporarily feels better. This is because they are unable to ‘feel’ what they want to feel without exposure to the addictive stimulus. The cause of what they feel when sober is not the lack of drugs or alcohol but their mind’s perception of their experiences. What changes when an individual consumes food, alcohol or recreational drugs? What changes is the body’s chemistry. The objective of addiction is to feel better. The exclusive source of our emotional responses is our perception. Our body’s neurochemistry creates all emotional feelings.

The Ego

The ego controls the mind of the President, the politician, the film director, the bus driver, the butcher, the Christian, the journalist, the terrorist, the criminal, the Muslim and the teacher. There is only one ego. The control the ego has over each person is not absolute. It will depend on the jurisdiction into which we are born which beliefs our individual mind is programmed to worship as truth. Where freedom of expression exists some individuals may have the freedom to openly express a disbelief they have regarding the official dogma or propaganda.

Knowing

What value to us is what we know? Knowing enables us to ‘repeat’ or ‘avoid’ an experience. Knowing about danger enables us to avoid it. What we each know establishes our personal paradigm. This paradigm is real to us. Our paradigm can only continue to exist by rejecting any conflicting beliefs others use to define the same reality. What we know is not truth. What we know is just our version of the truth. Competing versions of truth cannot be true. If the concept defined by the word ‘truth’ existed we could not have evolved our technologies.

Fear

Our fear is not our fear. This is not a contradiction but reveals a mistake that exists within the minds of all those who fear. We can feel something so strong and unpleasant when we think about or are exposed to certain stimulus. These feelings are commonly defined as ‘fear’. We do not fear. What fears is a spiritual parasite that we individually create to live for us in a world that demands compliant participation in a systemic existence. We create a false self to project out to the world which will conform to the will, judgement and expectations of others.
