Blasphemy is the justification for persecuting and murdering anyone who exceeds the official narrative. The official narrative when believed creates a constraint within the mind. That constraint establishes the parameters upon ‘contemplative thought’. If I believe this is ‘good’ and that is ‘bad’ then my devotion to ‘good’ rejects what is ‘bad’. Good and bad is established in religious, legal and moral contexts to be worshipped as personal ‘truth’. In a religious jurisdiction any words or behaviour that exceeds the official narrative can result in an accusation of blasphemy.

Hobby
Each hobby or interest is an attempt to find an outlet for an individual’s unique creative expression. We are all unique and each one of us holds a unique method for exhibiting our unique gift for creative expression. Many claim that their lives would be less fulfilling without their hobby. A hobby can allow us to transcend generic behavioural conformance and expression. Generic behaviour whilst considered to be ‘normal’ behaviour is rarely an individual’s unique method of creative expression. Conformance is expected and sometimes demanded by ‘society’.
Original Sin
We are not in our life. We have not given up but we have no real desire. If we lose our fear we will realise that without fear there is nothing of us in what we are now doing. We have been running on fear. Fear of a life that is worse than the one we have. We fear a perceived or implied alternative life. We actually worship and preach fear encapsulated within our beliefs. We sustain our own incarceration by worshipping beliefs which imply a worse fate awaits us. The poor, sick and hungry are the alternative realities that education and economics ensure we understand.
Conformance
Conformance is what keeps the car on the road when driving at speed. Conformance keeps us out of the Accident and Emergency Unit. Conformance keeps me from being arrested for theft or violence. We must know how to conform before we can conform. Conformance requires knowledge of what is expected. If we did not vet our experiences or behaviour we would be arrested or crash our car or drive away from the supermarket without paying for our groceries. A mind that can create and store beliefs is essential if we are to record information for future reference.
The Myth of Enlightenment
In truth there is no such thing as a ‘spiritual enlightenment’. There is just an ‘awakening’. In any single moment any one of us can realise the whole mind within which the conditioned mind of the identity exists. When this happens we realise that what we held accountable for what we felt was never responsible. With an awakening we realise that it was only what we believed about our perceived reality that controlled what we thought and felt. In the moment we fully realise this our whole mind and natural feelings are restored. The whole world is now realising this.
Genie in the Lamp
We are each an omnipotent Genie for whom all things are possible. There is just one thing that prevents us from using our power to make all of our dreams come true. Someone has put a spell on us to trap us within a metaphorical lamp. We are omnipotent and unlimited. But we are powerless whilst we are trapped within the lamp. How did we each end up in a lamp? We were told we were less than what we are. This is why some of us believe that we ‘need’ and ‘want’. When we believed we were limited we became trapped within a perspective that is represented by the metaphorical lamp.
Spiritual Alchemy
The emotional feelings we experience are neuro-chemical responses. The cause of those responses is what we perceive in our experience. For most when they are insulted they can feel angry, upset or even violent. After the event or insult that is held to be the cause of any feelings the victim of the perceived insult may spend a considerable period of time contributing to a growing narrative that seeks to rationalise and justify what is felt. This stimulus response to an insult is a chemical feeling. Our perception acts like a prescription. The pharmacy of our brain responds by dispensing the neurochemicals (feeling) prescribed by our perception.
Authorised Reality
Authority holds those who criticise the official version of the truth to be mistaken, incorrect, negative, counter-productive, or a possible security risk. We can all point the finger to something we alleged to be incorrect based upon an implied greater truth. Authority’s perception and reaction to criticism shows us how open and tolerant they are. If the truth offered by authority or education was absolute then it could withstand ‘any challenge’. The limitations placed upon defined reality are sustained by beliefs and concepts that were created to represent and confine what exists in truth.
Rejection of Truth
If we are terrified of the whole wide world we are dead already. Many people die long before their heart stops beating but remain a prisoner within the body. If we reject our given ‘identity’ we are rejected by the world and everyone in it. When we accept the false self we reject the ‘real world’. The innocent child realises that the ‘false world’ is demonic. The child fears that it will be devoured if the world knows the child’s true identity. The child fears that if it is not good enough it will be attacked, rejected, tortured and killed. Where truth exists beliefs cannot.
Poverty or Wealth
There is a constant battle going on within each one of us. This battle was once referred to as a battle between good and evil. This battle is between our heart and mind. Until there is unity our hearts and minds exist in separate paradigms. The only way that we can achieve peace is for our heart and mind to exist in unity. The mind does not need the heart to make us successful. The mind can make us successful but it cannot make us happy. The heart is happiness, compassion and wisdom and understands that we need a mind because being love it has no judgement.
